We began our journey in 1928, when two men who shared a dream of providing a quality insurance product at a reasonable price opened the doors to the Farmers Automobile Inter-Insurance Exchange in Los Angeles. In the eighty years that followed, we've grown and adapted to meet the changing needs of Americans - but one constant has remained. About Our Claim Service
Farmers claim service operates 24-7 and is called HelpPoint. HelpPoint is widely recognized for its prompt and fair response to claims victims during some of the most devastating catastrophes. We feel that having the human element involved in all aspects of the claims process sets us apart from our competitors. That type of interaction and sensitivity with victims who have undergone a loss cannot be achieved by outsourcing the claims to an overseas call center.
